Welcome to InfringementReports.uk. These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) apply when you visit our website or browse its contents (the “Site”). InfringementReports.uk provides brand protection services, including the monitoring, documentation and reporting of suspected trademark, copyright and right of publicity infringements on third-party platforms. Brand protection engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between you and us.
We are not a law firm and the content on this Site is not legal advice. Decisions on whether to remove content are made by the relevant marketplace or platform, so we cannot guarantee the outcome of any report.
04Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information
We are not responsible if information on this Site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources. 12Non-waiver
Failure to insist on strict performance of any of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of any right or remedy we may have, nor a waiver of any subsequent breach. No waiver by either party of any breach of any provision shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent or prior breach of the same or any other provision.
13Severability of terms

15Governing law
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
